The following are the instructions for using Xcell Mobile. There's four different ways to use Xcell Mobile depending on what type of calling plan you have and whether you’ve signed up for the Xpress Dialler Software (XDS):  

1. Xcell Mobile Dial-thru WITH Xpress Dialler Software (XDS) - use this if you have a My5-type plan and a Smartphone (e.g. Blackberry)

Install the XDS Software on your cell phone (download the instructions in the Xcell Mobile portal by going to www.diallog.com and signing into your account)
Program the Xcell Mobile Access Number 416-664-7773 as one of your "Favourites" (you'll only ever do this once).
Choose the number you want to dial and use your phone as you would normally...but talk unlimited! This is the best way to use Xcell Mobile!

2. Xcell Mobile Dial-thru (use this if you have a My5-type plan but have NOT signed up for XDS or if XDS is not compatible with your phone)

Add the Dial-thru Access number 416-644-7771 to your "Favourites" calling list (you will only have to do this once).
Dial the access number from your Favourites list.
You will be prompted to enter the number you want to dial. You’ll be connected automatically so you can talk unlimited!

If you do not have a "Favourites" Plan but do have unlimited incoming calling, here are the instructions for using Xcell Mobile. (NOTE: we highly recommend you switch to a cellular provider that offers "Favourites"plans such as a My5 - this will make Xcell Mobile a lot quicker and easier to use!).   

3. Xcell Mobile Call-back WITH Xpress Dialler Software (XDS)

Install the XDS Software on your cell phone and select the “Call-back” feature (download the instructions and XDS app in the Xcell Mobile portal after sign-up by going to www.diallog.com, logging in, and selecting the “Xcell Xtras” tab).
Dial the number you wish to call and use your phone as you would normally...but talk unlimited! Want Xcell to work faster on your phone?Switch to a My5-type plan from any cellular provider and have your calls connected quicker!

4. Xcell Mobile Call-back

Dial the Xcell Call-back access number (416-644-7770) anywhere in Canada or USA 24/7, and you’ll immediately be directed to a busy signal (NOTE: No matter where you’re calling from, you will NOT be charged for calling the access number).
Hang-up and the Xcell system will call you back automatically.
Answer your phone and dial the number you wish to call. It’s treated as an incoming call and you can talk unlimited!
