How do I know if a service plan is available in my area?
Our Internet service is available in most parts of Ontario and Quebec, including Greater Toronto Area, Montreal, Ottawa, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener/Waterloo, Barrie, Peterborough, St. Catharines/Niagara Falls, Guelph, Brantford and more. Enter your address to shop our plans!
How long does it take to activate my service?
It takes 5 business days from the day the order is placed to install our Internet service. The best way to secure the earliest installation date is to submit your inquiry now. Do you perform a credit check before installation?
No. Once you’ve placed your order and we’ve processed your payment due at sign-up, we will coordinate your installation date and prepare to send your modem. Enter your address to shop our plans!
Do I need an active phone line or active cable to install my service?
No. You don’t need an active phone line or active TV service with your local cable provider in order to install our Internet. For DSL connections, we will install a new dry loop line free of charge.
