What is Xcell Mobile?

Diallog’s Xcell Mobile Service is an add-on to your existing cell phone plan, allowing you to talk unlimited 24/7 for a low monthly rate.  No matter what kind of phone you own or who your provider is, Xcell Mobile will save you money on your cellular use.  In fact, the typical Xcell user saves between 40-85% on their phone bill every month.

How does Xcell save me and my organization money?

Xcell enables all cell phone users in your organization to make and receive unlimited calls from your existing cell phone for an affordable monthly rate.  In fact, you’ll know how much your cell phone bill will be every month before you even get it.  You’ll continue to receive a bill from your regular cell phone provider, but it will be for basic plan fees only with absolutely no usage charges.  In other words, your cell phone expenses will be much, much lower!

Will I have to change my cellular provider or phone plan?

How do you use Xcell Mobile?

There are two ways to use Xcell Mobile: 1) Call-back, 2) Dial-thru. There is no cost difference between Xcell Dial-thru and Call-back, although the Call-back feature takes a few more seconds to dial.  If you’re unsure which one fits best with your cellular plan, you have the option of signing up for both features with no added cost.  

Xcell Mobile Dial-thru Instructions (watch the video) 

1. Simply add our access number (416-644-7771) to your “Favourites” calling list (you will only have to do this once).
2. Dial the access number from your Favourites list.
3. You will be prompted to enter the number you want to dial.  You’ll be connected automatically so you can talk unlimited!
   

Xcell Mobile Call-back Instructions (watch the video)

1. Dial the Xcell Call-back access number (416-644-7770) anywhere in Canada or USA 24/7, and you’ll immediately be directed to a busy signal (NOTE: No matter where you’re calling from, you will NOT be charged for calling the access number).
2. Hang-up and the Xcell system will call you back automatically.
3. Answer your phone and dial the number you wish to call.  It’s treated as an incoming call and you can talk unlimited!

1. Add the Xcell Dial-thru Access number (416-644-7773) as one of your “Favourites"
2. Install the XDS Software on your cell phone and select the “Dial-thru” feature (download the instructions and XDS app in the Xcell Mobile portal after sign-up by going to www.diallog.com, logging in, and selecting the “Xcell Xtras” tab).
3. Dial the number you wish to call and use your phone as you would normally...but talk unlimited!  This is the best way to use Xcell Mobile!

1. Install the XDS Software on your cell phone and select the “Call-back” feature (download the instructions and XDS app in the Xcell Mobile portal after sign-up by going to www.diallog.com, logging in, and selecting the “Xcell Xtras” tab).
2. Dial the number you wish to call and use your phone as you would normally...but talk unlimited!  Want Xcell to work faster on your phone?Switch to a My5-type plan from any cellular provider and have your calls connected quicker!
